I just read your comment stating Socialism is unreasonable and immoral…
Look, I’m in no way someone who is out promoting anything, and there are varying degrees of Socialism, Communisim, and Captialism…
But, doesn’t the fact we have firefighters, cops, national guard, public schools… doesn’t this all fall under aspects of Socialism?
I think the point is to make a government that works for everybody… and if it means to steal ideas from other countries or cultures so be it.
And, I don’t know if you’re a parent… but parenting is nothing close to Socialism or Capitalism… in order to run it right, it’s a full on Dictatorship!
Thought I’d share… you’re comment was a couple under mine

The only moral function of government is to protect the natural rights of the individual: life, liberty, and property. Whenever the government goes beyond this, it is immoral. Because people have a natural right to defend their lifves, liberty, and property, they also have a right to band together to do the same. However, if they band together to do what it would be immoral for the individual to do, that is immoral. If they band together to take money from others (whether to pay for their own food, or healthcare, or schooling), that is theft. That is the essence of socialism: Legal plunder.
Thus, public schooling and welfare are immoral, but the military and police are not.
Here is a site on which I have discussed these issues in some depth:
